What are the delivery rates to my area?

All orders over $50 receive FREE ground shipping (except rods, downriggers, and trolling motors). All other ground deliveries are only $8.00 within the Contiguous US. We charge you less for shipping so you can get more of the stuff you want. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page here.

How will my purchase be delivered?

Orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information shortly after your order has been shipped. 

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal Bill-Me-Later, and PayPal.

How do I return items?

If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit available on pre-spooled line. Fisherman’s Warehouse reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.

How can I purchase or redeem a Fisherman's Warehouse Gift Card?

Our Gift Cards are available for purchase at all of our California stores or by calling 1-800-237-3511. Gift Cards purchased are redeemable at all of our stores.

Can I make a purchase and pick it up at a Fisherman's Warehouse Gift location?

Yes. Please contact our customer service operators at 1-800-237-3511 to schedule a store pick-up.

What kind of information is collected when I'm on the site?

What are online shipping costs?

We offer delivery across continental U.S. only. (Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded. Alaska & Hawaii orders are shipped by Parcel only.) We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our supply warehouse via Parcel or by Truck. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. To calculate estimated online shipping charges visit our shipping estimator or Ask Anna about delivering to your zip code. She will give you the minimum rate for both Parcel and Truck Deliveries.
